Panel one, Cherry begins kicking the air and screaming as he's being stabbed. Panel two, Cherry stops screaming and Tissue box stobs stabbing him, indicating that he's now dead. Panel three, Tissue Box throws the knife onto the floor. Panel four, the pillow is lifted to reveal the aftermath of the attack. Cherry's face has a large bloody gash in between his eyes. His face is permanently etched with fear. Panel five, Tissue Box begins panting and looks down at what she's done with joy. She says, 'Oh, look at you... You're pathetic!' Panel six, Tissue Box rolls over onto her back next to Cherry's body, acting as if they'd just had sex. She says, 'Aha... At least you know how to show a girl a good time!' Panel seven, Tissue Box's expression changes to one of annoyance. Panel eight, Tissue Box shoves Cherry's body off of the bed, saying, 'Move.'
